Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Vaine subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until the billing period ends.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Service unavailability: If the platform is inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. double-charged or charged the wrong amount), we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge within 5 business days.
- New subscriber dissatisfaction: If you are a first-time subscriber and are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment by contacting us at hello@vaine.co.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after the 7-day new subscriber window
- Failure to use the Service during a billing period
- Account suspension due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions
- Dissatisfaction with lead quality due to factors outside our control (e.g. contacts who have changed jobs or roles)
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@vaine.co with the subject "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method through Paystack.
